Rates Season 2008
Departures are organized every week from Whitehorse. All trips start on Monday morning and end Friday late afternoon.
The first trip of the 2008 season will be on June 18. The last trip will be on September 3, 2008.
A special trip will be organized from September 10 to 14, 2008 to allow you to take part in our hunting trip and admire the fall colours.
Our rate is $2500.00 CAD (plus tax) per person.
The rate includes:
- Round-trip transportation to and from your hotel
- Transportation by camper truck and boat
- Guide accompaniment for two people or two adults and one child
- Visits and activities in Dawson City and along the Klondike Highway
- Meals from noon on Monday to noon on Friday
- Use of the kayak, canoe and fishing equipment during the trip on the Yukon River
The rate does not include:
- Personal drinks and shopping in Dawson City
- The 6% tax (GST) added to the rate per person
Reservations
To reserve, contact us by phone or email us the Reservation Form. Then, send us a 20% deposit of the total invoicing cost. We accept Visa, Mastercard, check, or money order. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a written confirmation by e-mail or fax.
Payment
Full payment is required 60 days in advance of your departure date. If the remaining payment is not received in the required time, Nadventure Tourism reserves the right to consider the reservation as cancelled and the deposit will not be reimbursed.
Withdrawal Policy
Upon receipt by fax of written confirmation regarding your cancellation, the refund will be made according to the following schedule:
- Up to 61 days before departure date: Full refund less a $150.00 CAD administration fee
- From 30 days to 60 days before departure date: Refund of 50% of total invoicing cost
- Less than 30 days before departure date: No refund.
